Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple
3 eggs
dash of salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, egg yolks and salt.
Add pineapple and milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into mixture.
Put in unbaked pie shell.
Add top crust and bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
