Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. skim milk
    48 packs Equal (NutraSweet)
    1 (12 oz.) can skim evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) container lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 box NutraSweet vanilla instant pudding mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed in an electric mixer until well blended.
    Pour into freezer can to \"fill line\" only.
    Freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
    Let ripen at least one hour prior to serving. Yields 5 quarts.
