Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    6 slices bacon
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; cool and diced.
    Fry bacon; drain.
    Brown onions in bacon fat until lightly browned.
    Blend in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
    Add vinegar and water.
    Heat to a boil 1 minute.
    Stir in potatoes and crumbled bacon.
