Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of tomato soup
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 Tbsp. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
2 cans tiny shrimp or broken shrimp, well drained
Preparation

Warm the undiluted soup.
Soften gelatin in water and stir into warm soup.
Mix in smoothly the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add celery, green onions and shrimp.
Mix well and mold overnight. Unmold and serve with snack crackers.
