Fat Free Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake, prepared
    1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with juice
    red food coloring
    Seven Minute Frosting or 1 box Betty Crocker fluffy white icing mix
Preparation
    Slice top 1/3 of angel food cake lengthwise and lay aside. Make tunnel inside remaining cake by cutting 1/2 inch from outer edge of cake and 1/2 inch from inner edge of cake down to but not through bottom of cake.
    Pull out in pieces with fingers to remove.
    Set aside.
