Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boned chicken, cooked
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 to 2 cans green chilies
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 flour or corn tortillas
Preparation
    Mix soup, broth, green chilies and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Boil or bake chicken; chop into small pieces.
    Combine onion, chicken and 1/2 the cheese.
    Wrap chicken mixture in tortillas and line up in a casserole dish.
    Pour soup mixture over rolled enchiladas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
