Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    5 c. sliced peaches (about 5 medium)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    pastry for double crust
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry.
    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Stir in peaches and lemon juice.
    Place in pastry-lined pie dish.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cover with top crust that has slits in it.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
