Tapioca Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. tapioca
    2 c. milk
    1 stick butter (not margarine)
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Soak 1 box \"fish eye\" tapioca in water overnight; drain. Combine all ingredients in double boiler.
    Cook about 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    (Make sure water doesn't boil out of pan.) Serve warm with dessert topping.
