Scotch Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    pinch of soda
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. icing sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add soda to butter and cream well.
    Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.\tPut in cupcake pan.
    Bake in a mild oven (275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0) approximately 30 minutes.
