Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
    1 1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    3 c. mayonnaise
    3 c. whipping cream (may substitute with pet milk)
Preparation
    Whip cream and mix in all ingredients.
    Let stand 1 hour before serving.
    Makes extra large amount.
