Basic Brownie For The Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts, optional
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla together.
    Add melted butter. Continue beating.
    Mix in flour and cocoa at low speed.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread evenly in greased 8 inch square dish.
    Microwave on high for 6 minutes.
    Cut when cook.
    You can sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
    Serve with ice cream.
