Rhubarb Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 c. water
5 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

In a 7 x 10-inch pan, spread rhubarb in bottom, 1/2-inch thick.
Sprinkle the sugar over rhubarb, then sprinkle jello and cake mix.
Add the water and melted butter.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
