Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1 pt. sour cream
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Cream together the cream cheese, 3/4 cup of sugar, salt and beaten egg yolks.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour in an 8 x 8-inch pan with graham cracker crust bottom.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
