Cheesy Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 3/4 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. onion powder
    5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    2 Tbsp. Dijon or prepared mustard
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (6.5 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni broccoli au gratin
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, basil and onion powder.
    Spread one side of chicken breasts with mustard.
    Coat with crumb mixture.
    Dip into eggs, then again into crumbs.
    Prepare Rice-A-Roni as package directs.
    In skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
    Add chicken; cook 6 minutes on each side or until brown.
    Top rice with chicken and cheese.
    Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 5 servings.
