Pecan - Chicken Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 1/2 c. minced cooked chicken
    1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    Ritz crackers to taste
Preparation
    Mix together first 3 ingredients. Blend in next 2 ingredients. Shape into a 9-inch log or 2 (4 1/2-inch) logs. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours or overnight. Combine chopped parsley and pecan pieces. Roll logs in this mixture and coat thoroughly. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups spread.
