Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. blueberries
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    confectioners sugar
    whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    Wash blueberries and dry on paper towels.
    Cream margarine with sugar.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Blend in sifted flour, sifted with baking powder.
    Fold in the berries gently.
    Bake in greased and floured 9 x 12-inch metal pan at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
    Cut into squares and serve from the pan.
    Top with whipped cream.
    Makes 16 squares.
