Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

8 or more pieces chicken breast
1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked or 2 c. cooked rice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 soup can water
Preparation

In a large saucepan, melt butter.
Add soups and water.
Stir well to combine.
Bring to a boil.
Measure rice into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Pour about 2/3 of the soup mixture over rice.
Lay chicken pieces on top.
Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken. Cover and bake in a 275\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
Serves 6 to 8. \"Can be cooking while I'm at church.\"
