Chicken Quesadillas Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked chicken
    green peppers, onions, mushrooms
    Monterey cheese, shredded
    flour tortilla shells
Preparation
    Saute peppers, onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. Place some pepper mixture on flour shell.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Fold in half; secure with toothpick.
    Place in a hot buttered skillet; heat until golden brown on both sides.
    Serve hot with sour cream and salsa.
    This recipe is great with leftovers or can increase to feed many.
