Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Beat egg.
Add milk and oil; mixing well.
Combine flour and next 4 ingredients.
Add to egg mixture, mixing until blended. Stir oats into batter.
