Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. (heaping) raisins
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and 3 teaspoons baking powder; stir, then add remaining 3 teaspoons baking powder and stir.
Fold in raisins. Add milk.
Bake in a cast-iron pan.
Butter pan and flour good first.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
