Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
5 tsp. baking powder
5 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. wheat flour
1 c. white flour (or both)
Preparation

Beat the eggs, milk and butter or margarine.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat only enough to mix.
There may be some lumps, but don't overmix.
These can be made ahead of time or the night before and refrigerate.
If refrigerated, add 1 teaspoon more baking powder to a little milk to dissolve and add to batter.
