Country Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. half and half (milk)
3/4 c. margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 can creamed corn
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and add to dry ingredients.
Stir until moistened well.
Pour into greased dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, or muffin pans.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or 20 minutes for muffins.
