Baked Carrots Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw carrots
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled and drained
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated green onion flakes
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Scrape or peel carrots.
    Leave whole and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until just tender.
    Cool.
    Slice diagonally.
    In greased casserole dish, layer carrots, brown sugar, onion flakes and crumbled bacon which has been drained.
    Dot each layer with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
