Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Bring butter and eggs to room temperature. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 55 to 65 minutes or until done.
    Let cool before serving.
