Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    chopped onion (as much as desired)
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except soup, thoroughly and form into balls.
    Mix tomato soup and 1 soup can of water, pour over meat balls in a quart casserole dish.
    Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
