Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves
1 celery stalk
1 onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
3/4 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Cook chicken with stalk of celery and onion in pot of salted water.
Debone; cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soup and sour cream together.
Crush crackers.
In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer chicken, soup, then crackers.
Sprinkle poppy seed on top and then dribble margarine on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
