Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked chicken (2 large breasts)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except chips. Put into casserole and bake about 15 minutes at 425\u00b0. Place the crushed potato chips on top of casserole before baking or just before serving.
Serves about 4 or 5 women.
