Banana Muffins(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe medium size bananas, mashed
    2 large eggs, beaten with bananas
    3/4 stick melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    15 packets Equal sweetener
    dash of nutmeg
    1 tsp. each banana extract and vanilla
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Set oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients well. Divide in muffin pan with 12 cups.
    Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes. They should spring back when touched and are slightly brown on top.
    Yields 12 muffins.
