Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a sauce pan, cook (uncovered) broccoli and onions in chicken broth for 8 to 10 minutes. In another sauce pan, melt butter and add flour gradually. Add milk and stir with a wire whisk. Add broccoli and broth mixture to cheese sauce. Simmer on low for 5 to 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
