Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 cucumbers
salt
1/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Peel and slice cucumbers very thin.
Place in bowl.
Sprinkle very generously with salt.
Cover and refrigerate 6 to 12 hours. Squeeze handfuls to get rid of excess liquids.
In bowl, mix all other ingredients.
Add squeezed cucumbers and mix.
