Shrimp, Crab And Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips raw bacon, diced
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    2 c. sweet corn
    4 oz. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. fish stock (clam juice)
    2 c. chicken stock
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 oz. pimento, diced
    2 oz. green pepper, diced
    1 lb. raw shrimp, diced
    1 lb. crab meat
    3 c. half and half
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Saute bacon and onion; stir in corn and margarine.
    Cook until margarine melts.
    Add flour and stir well.
    Add stocks, oregano, pimento and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add shrimp, crab and half and half.
    Season with hot pepper sauce. Bring to boil.
    Adjust seasonings.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Makes 1/2 gallon.
