Meat Loaf Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    4 Tbsp. dried minced onions
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lbs. ground beef
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine the first eight ingredients. Add beef, mix well. Press into 12 foil lined or greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Drain before serving. Drizzle with ketchup if desired.
