Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon
    2 slices white bread, toasted
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Open can of salmon and drain liquid into bowl.
    Toast the bread; crumble into liquid.
    Stir so all liquid is soaked up.
    Add the egg and the salmon.
    Flake salmon with fork and mix all ingredients.
    Put the oil in a pan.
    Shape salmon mixture into patties (about a heaping tablespoonful).
    You can just put in pan and press with spoon to flatten a bit.
    Fry in medium heat until brown; turn and brown other side.
    Add more oil if needed.
    Serve with baked potato or macaroni and cheese and salad or fresh sliced tomato.
