Adeline'S Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce and mix together in large pot.
    Place mixture into greased 9 x 11-inch glass baking dish.
    Pour tomato sauce on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set.
