Pumpkin-Date Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nuts; set aside.
Combine eggs, milk, pumpkin and butter.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix just until moist.
Fill greased muffin pans two-thirds full.
