Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, milk, salt, cornstarch and egg yolks.
Cook until thick.
Add vanilla and butter when a little cool.
Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
