Hamburg Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1\\2 lb. Ground Beef
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    3 tbsp. Margarine
    1 can 28 oz. Tomatoes
    4 cubes Beef Bouillon
    4 medium Carrots, peeled and quartered
    6 Sprigs Parsley
    20 oz. Water
    1 Bay Leaf
    4 Celery Tops
    1 tsp. Salt
    1\\2 tsp. Thyme
Preparation
    Par boil carrots. Brown beef, drain. In large pot, saute onions in margarine until onions are soft. Add beef and mix. Add remaining ingredients, Cover and cook over medium heat for 45 min.
