Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. leftover meat (beef, lamb or pork), minced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. turnips
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Add onion, turnip and celery to meat.
Pan fry all ingredients in butter for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, sage to taste and 1/2 cup red wine.
Line a casserole dish with meat mixture.
Place mashed potatoes on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
