Deer Camp Chili(Makes A Big Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck or venison, browned and drained
    1 large onion, chopped (also browned)
    1 pkg. Durkee chili mix
    3 large cans (24 oz.) whole tomatoes, chopped in blender
    3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) can hot Mexican-style canned beans (undrained)
    1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 or 2 (8 oz.) canned mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a big pot; stir well.
    Cover and simmer gently at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
