Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. cooked chicken
1/2 to 3/4 lb. mushrooms
1/2 c. almonds
2 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. chicken fat or butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. heavy cream
seasonings (I use sage, thyme and fresh ground pepper)
1/2 lb. spaghetti
Preparation

Cook spaghetti.
Saute mushrooms.
Add to spaghetti; mix in almonds.
Make a sauce with butter, flour and chicken broth.
Warm whipping cream.
Add to sauce.
Cut up chicken in separate bowl. Pour half of sauce over chicken, other half over spaghetti.
Put spaghetti in greased casserole.
Pour chicken over and toss gently.
Sprinkle almonds over top.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until golden brown on top.
