Curried Chicken Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
3 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken
3 Tbsp. minced green onions
3 Tbsp. minced celery
1 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts or almonds, toasted
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in chicken, green onions and celery.
Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in nuts. Chill up to 2 days or freeze up to 1 month.
Yield: 3 1/2 dozen.
