Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. water
    1 lb. skinless chicken breasts (boneless)
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    3 to 4 peppercorns
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. thyme
    5 sprigs parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 oz. noodles or rice
    1 c. onion, chopped
    3 carrots, sliced
    3 ribs celery, sliced
    cubed chicken
Preparation
    Cook 1 hour the water, chicken breasts, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon salt, basil, peppercorns, 1 rib of celery, garlic, thyme and parsley.
    Skim foam.
    Refrigerate chicken.
    Skim fat.
