Sour Cream Elderberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. elderberries
1 c. sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0.
Bake for 40 minutes or more.
Test with knife.
