Cranberry Orange Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cranberries, picked over
2 thin skinned navel oranges
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. orange juice
Preparation

In a food processor, chop fine the cranberries and transfer to bowl.
In the processor, chop fine the oranges, including rind; add them to the cranberries along with the sugar and orange juice. Combine well.
Chill, covered, overnight and stir again before serving.
