Quick Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine bacon and onion in 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave on High (100%) until bacon is crisp and onion is tender, 4 to 6 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time.
    Blend in flour. Stir in corn, milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Microwave on High (100%) until slightly thickened and corn is tender, 7 to
    12 minutes, stirring twice during cooking time.
