Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, soda and oil.
    Add this mixture to butter.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add eggs, vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 34 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
