Fruit Fix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. organic dried dates
    1 c. organic dried prunes
    1 c. organic dried cherries
    1 c. organic dried cranberries
    1 c. organic dried figs
    organic unfiltered apple juice
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put all fruits in a large pot.
    Cover with apple juice, add cinnamon.
    Cook on medium-low until fruit is soft.
    Puree fruit mixture in food processor until smooth. Store in refrigerator in a mason jar.
    Use on crackers, toast, in plain yogurt, oatmeal, anything you'd use preserves for.
    This is a very good source of Bioflavonoid and Vitamin C.
