Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. or 4 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. crushed crackers (Ritz or saltine)
    2 tsp. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Cook carrots until crisp, drain.
    Place in 1-quart casserole. Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish sauce and pepper.
    Mix with carrots.
    Mix cracker crumbs with oleo.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
