Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Remove from heat and pour in 1 baked pie shell.
