1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 c. cubed rhubarb
